Vince is a Partner and Head of Corporate Development and M&A at Transcend Capital Advisors. Prior to joining Transcend, Vince was Managing Director, Head of M&A and Corporate Development at The Mather Group, a wealth management firm based in Chicago. Previously, he spent a decade in the Financial Institutions Group at UBS Investment Bank, specializing in M&A and capital raising within the wealth and asset management sectors. He began his career at Lincoln Financial Group, where he held multiple roles, including Senior Analyst on the Corporate Development team.
Vince holds a Bachelor of Arts from Cornell University, where he was a Meinig Family Cornell National Scholar, and an MBA with concentrations in Financial Investing and Corporate Finance from the Cornell Johnson Graduate School of Management.
