Prior to joining Transcend, Bob spent over 20 years at Fidelity Investments rising to become the Head of Institutional Fixed Income. Previously, he served as the President of Bonds overseeing more than $380 billion in assets under management with direct responsibility for Portfolio Management, the Chief Investment Office, Trading, Institutional Portfolio Management and Quantitative Research. Prior to overseeing the Bond Division, Bob was President of Fidelity’s Money Market Division overseeing more than $500 billion. He serves on the Board of Trustees at Bryant University and is Chair of the Investment Committee. Bob also serves on the Investment Committee of SolutionHealth. He is Chairman of the McKeryn Bridge Foundation and an Advisor to the venture capital firm, York IE.

Previously, he co-founded and was a Managing Partner of North Cove Partners and prior to that, served as Co-Head of BAML Capital Partners, the private equity investment arm of Bank of America Merrill Lynch. He serves on the board of CURE Epilepsy and previously served on the March of Dimes New Jersey board.

Jacob is President and Chairman of the Investment Committee at Transcend Capital Advisors. Prior to joining Transcend, Jacob most recently served in executive leadership and portfolio management roles at Citadel, where he led a team managing a multibillion-dollar portfolio of stocks in the technology, communications, media, internet, payments, and services industries. Prior to joining Citadel, he was a Partner and sector head at Glenview Capital, a leading diversified hedge fund. Previously, Jacob held equities research roles at Goldman Sachs and Lehman Brothers (now Barclays) and worked as a mergers and acquisitions investment banker at Lehman Brothers.

Rich is a Partner at Transcend Capital Advisors.  Prior to joining Transcend, Rich was the portfolio manager of a long-short multi-sector equities hedge fund at Mariner Investment Group.  Prior to his time at Mariner, he was a co-founder and portfolio manager at Stadia Capital which was acquired by Morgan Stanley.  Previously, Rich worked as a corporate finance investment banker at Merrill Lynch & Co. He began his career as a Field Artillery Officer in the First Armored Division of the United States Army in Baumholder, Germany.

Rich graduated from the United States Military Academy with a Bachelor of Science in Economics and Systems Engineering, and an MBA in Finance from New York University.

Bradford is a Partner at Transcend Capital Advisors. Prior to joining Transcend, Bradford served as a Wealth Advisor, Senior Vice President at UBS Wealth Management.
